Being
a member of the scheme means Jolair is committed to providing
a quality service to you the customer. This means you can expect
Jolair to comply with both the letter and the spirit of the law.
Before
becoming an approved member of the scheme Jolair has been independently
checked by staff from the Trading Standards Service. One of the
rules of the scheme is that all member firms must operate a prompt
and effective customer complaints procedure. In most cases this
will ensure that if you are unfortunate enough to have a problem
with goods or services you have purchased your problem will be
sorted out.
But
in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied you can lodge
your complaint with the County Council's Advice Service. Jolair can provide you with a leaflet to do this on request or you can contact the Council's Advice Service directly by following the link at the bottom of this page. Staff from the Service will contact you within 5 working
days of receipt to give you advice and help you to resolve the
problem.
