Products We Sell
All our cosmetics and beauty products are obtained in the United Kingdom. We do not supply testers. All our products are guaranteed to be unused. Some of our products may be sold with slightly damaged packaging. This will be stated on the product information. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We believe most of our products are cheaper than you would have to pay in a high street in the United Kingdom. Recommended Retail Prices have been advised by our suppliers and should be considered as approximate.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order i.e. your name address etc. You will be directed to a secure payment section of the site operated by Worldpay on our behalf. Here you enter your card details.

All credit card transactions are encrypted for your protection in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Payment By Card
WorldPay accepts Delta, Switch, Solo, JCB, Visa and Mastercard. Payment will be debited to your account before dispatch of your purchase. Note security checks are made on the card you use against information you supplied to your credit card company. Therefore please enter your details carefully. We reserve the right to refuse to serve or fulfill any order at our discretion. Any customer who attempts to abuse the ordering system or defraud the company may be prosecuted.

Euros
Jolair trades in British Pounds (GBP). We display prices in Euros for your convenience, however, the values should be considered as approximate. This is because the exchange rate used by WorldPay changes at 12 midnight each day. We will not always change the rate of the Euro used in the catalogue at exactly the same time as WorldPay. Therefore there may be times when the price quoted in Euros on the site may be slightly different to that actually charged if you decide to pay in Euros. WorldPay will automatically convert GBP to your local currency at the rate calculated by them.

Jolair does not make any additional charges for accepting payment in Euros.

Payment by Cheque (UK Customers Only)
Simply print the "Review Basket" and Complete the "Check Out" page and send them with a cheque made payable to Jolair to Jolair PO Box 193 HYTHE, Hampshire, SO45 2WB, United Kingdom. Please note that if payment has been made by cheque (UK customers only), this will be cleared before goods are dispatched.

Postage and Packaging
Postal charges are based on Royal Mail 1st Class Postage for UK deliveries and Royal Mail Small Packet Air Mail charges for deliveries world wide. The actual amount we charge depends on the total weight of the products and their destination. You can check the amount that will be charged for postage by pushing the Check Out button.

Also goods for the UK are posted by Recorded Delivery. Accordingly someone will have to be present to sign for the goods when they are delivered by the Royal Mail.

Jolair Trades Worldwide Except USA or Canada.
We can send goods to many Countries in the World. They are displayed on the Country drop down list that appears when you purchase a product. We do not trade with Customers who are based in the USA or Canada. This is due to Insurance costs.

Delivery Schedule
Once your order and payment is received, your goods will be dispatched as soon as possible, normally within 3 working days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery in the UK. Please allow up to 28 days for deliveries outside the UK. All goods are sent by First Class Post or Airmail.

Availability of Stock
We operate stock control and only sell goods that we have on our premises. If we cannot complete a part of your order we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to offer one of the following options:-

  • an alternative product,
  • or a proportional refund for the item(s) not available, according to your original payment method.
  • or cancellation of your order with a full refund according to your original payment method.

Cancellation
You can cancel your order from the date of the Contract and up to 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. You must take "reasonable care" of any goods that have been supplied to you so that the goods can be sold again as new.
If you wish to cancel an order please:-

  • e-mail us at stating which goods you wish to return,
  • goods should be returned using recorded delivery to our PO Box, with the dispatch invoice via the Post Office,
  • you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods you wish to return,
  • please keep proof that you have posted the goods to us (this is in case we do not receive the goods),
  • as soon as possible and within 30 days of cancellation we will action a refund according to your original payment method.
