the United Kingdom. We do not supply testers. All
our products are guaranteed to be unused. Some of our

and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to
your shopping basket. When you have finished your selection,
click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few

Euros
Jolair trades in British Pounds (GBP). We display prices in
Euros for your convenience, however, the values should be
considered as approximate. This is because the exchange rate
used by WorldPay changes at 12 midnight each day. We will
not always change the rate of the Euro used in the catalogue
at exactly the same time as WorldPay. Therefore there may
be times when the price quoted in Euros on the site may be
slightly different to that actually charged if you decide
to pay in Euros. WorldPay
will automatically convert GBP to your local currency at the
rate calculated by them.
Jolair
does not make any additional charges for accepting payment
in Euros.
Payment by
Cheque (UK Customers Only) Simply print the "Review Basket" and Complete the

Postage
and Packaging Postal charges are based on Royal Mail 1st Class Postage for
UK deliveries and Royal Mail Small Packet Air Mail charges for
deliveries world wide.
The actual amount we charge depends on the total weight of the
products and their destination.

Also goods for the UK are posted by Recorded Delivery. Accordingly
someone will have to be present to sign for the goods when they
are delivered by the Royal Mail.

Trades Worldwide Except USA or Canada. We can send goods to many Countries in the World. They are displayed
on the Country drop down list that appears when you purchase
a product. We do not trade with Customers who are based in the
USA or Canada. This is due to Insurance costs.
Delivery
Schedule
Once your order and payment is received, your goods will
be dispatched as soon as possible, normally within 3 working
days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery in the UK.
Please allow up to 28 days for deliveries outside the UK. All
goods are sent by First Class Post or Airmail.
Availability
of Stock We operate stock control and only sell goods that we have
on our premises. If we cannot complete a part of your order
we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to offer one
of the following options:-

or a proportional
refund for the item(s) not available, according to your
original payment method.

of your order with a full refund according to your original

Cancellation You can cancel your order from the date of the Contract
