Buy a product simply push the

weighed and the postage is calculated based on the total weight
of all the goods and their destination.

"United Kingdom" for England, Wales, Scotland or Northern
Ireland.
Push
the  button.
You will then be taken back to the page where you selected your
last product from.

list of all of your products will be shown together with the total
cost including postage and packaging.
You can edit the contents of your basket and remove items from the
list.
Note:- We weigh every item. The Postage cost will vary depending
on the weight of the products you buy and the destination they are
being sent to.

return to your where you were and continue shopping push the  link.

TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER AND CHECK OUT

Complete your Order push the
 button.
The top of the page will display a summary of all of the items you
have purchased together with postage, handling and packaging costs.
Further
down the page is where you put in your Invoice Address.
Please
carefully enter your telephone number and e-mail address. Confirmation
of your order will automatically be sent to the e-mail address given.
If you want to send the purchase to an address other than the invoice
address then check this box. After completing this page you will
be asked details of the other address.
If you Check the Remember Me! box then your browser will
save this form for the next time you visit Jolair and you will not
have to re-enter them.
The
Terms and Conditions are also shown below. You may cancel
your order by pushing the Cancel button, or, return to buy more
products by pushing the Back button.
If you want to proceed with the purchase push the 
button. This will then take you to a separate company called WorldPay
where you will enter your
credit card details.

will be transferred to WorldPay. This is a secure site where your
Card details are encrypted. You should note that a padlock symbol
 will appear
on the bottom right of your computer screen. We do not see details
of your Cards, nor are they downloaded to our computer.
You
can choose the currency you want to pay for the goods. Generally
£ sterling are used by UK customers and the € Euro are
used by European customers.
Please carefully enter your Card details. It is Very Important
that the details you enter are the same that appear on your Card.
Also
the address should be the Billing Address (i.e. the address
where your bills are sent) held by your card company. Please also
be careful to enter the correct Postal Code.
WorldPay
undertakes numerous fraud checks on the information provided. If
they notify us of discrepancies then we may ask you to provide further
information. Furthermore in certain circumstances, if WorldPay flags
the transaction as a "Warning" we will deliver a full
refund to the Card and not fulfill the Order. We shall notify you
if we have to take this action.
